     POSITION DETAIL

 


Assists the HR Manager in the area of recruitment functions to ensure effective operation that is aligned with Company’s goals.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • To ensure effective planning and implementation of recruitment strategies and activities
  • Responsible for the co-ordination and interview of all employees. To liaise with external agencies with regards to advertisement & employment matters.
  • Prepare letter of appointment, employment contract for foreign workers & creation of personal files for all employees.
  • Responsible for working with employment agents on all matters relating to housing / accommodation issues for foreign workers.
  • Responsible for the application/renewal/cancellation of Work Permits, Passports & all other related work passes
  • To ensure all employment contracts are renewed (preparation, discussion & signing) before expiry dates
  • To ensure payment of monthly Employee Referral fees
  • Engage in employee counseling (transfer, termination cases) & conduct exit interviews
  • Prepare reports: Manpower reports, HR Metrics, MOM quarterly survey & other ad hoc reports
  • To analyze turnover rate and course of action to be taken
  • Involved in conducting HR Dialogue Sessions.
  • Arrangement of air-ticket for employees who breach or end contracts & handle their repatriation

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Department.
  • Knowledge of HRIS / Oracle System preferred.
  • Well versed with local employment law and legislation.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast pace environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
