     POSITION DETAIL

 


The Assistant Manager is responsible for the development of content strategies and relevant content. This includes content mapping, development and distribution to drive brand awareness and customers’ engagement.

  • Oversee all content marketing initiative to drive traffic, engagement, leads 
  • Collaborate across-functional teams and faculty to delivery an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan
  • Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with the company brand, voice, style and tone
  • Manage all creative resources including designers, writers and other agency personnel to develop content in various formats (articles, videos, infographics, etc.)
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels
  • Manage 3rd parties partnerships and content collaboration
  • Track and analyse results to identify opportunities and enhance performance
  • Manage overall content & project budget and demonstrate effective allocation

Requirements:-

Possess a Degree from a relevant discipline (or its equivalent)

Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with experience in creating content for the web

Possess an editorial mindset and copy-editing ability which understands what audiences consume as well as creating it

Possess strong interpersonal skills with excellent written/verbal communication skills as well presentation skills

Possess project management skills as well as proven track records in engaging and managing stakeholders at all levels in a complex environment

An independent worker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
