About Skillsforce
We are not a software platform or a high-volume staffing desk. We are a boutique firm in the plain sense of the word: small, experienced and relationship-led, taking on the awkward, important parts of the people function and running them properly, onsite or offsite, ongoing or interim. The consultant who takes your brief is the one who does the work.
Most of our clients are lean SMEs, mid-market employers, and foreign companies setting up or operating in Singapore. We know local practice in detail: MOM, CPF, IRAS and fair-hiring expectations. We take the time to understand how your business runs before we design the support around it.
What ties it together is continuity. Hiring, HR and payroll cannot pause while you recruit a new HR lead, wait out a resignation, or find your feet in a new market. We keep those functions running quietly in the background, so a gap in your team never becomes a gap in your operations.

Where is Skillsforce based?
Singapore. Our main office is at 60 Paya Lebar Road, Paya Lebar Square, with a branch at 221 Henderson Road. We support employers across the island, onsite or offsite.

Yes. Those seven are where we are deepest, not the limit of where we work. Payroll, CPF and IRAS filings follow the same statutory rules in any industry. For recruitment in a sector new to us, we take a longer brief, treat the first shortlist as a calibration, and tell you at the outset what we already know about your market and what we are learning.
